SCENE70 ensures 100% customer satisfaction.. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with your order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise :
*All returns must be made to arrive to our facility within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.
*All orders must have a return authorization code (RA#) from SCENE70 before being sent back to us. Any packages without RA# will not be accepted. Please email to : scenenumber70@gmail.com to get an RA#. We will do our best to help your return process easy as possible.
*Any products returned must be in its original packaging with its original condition.
*Refunds for returns received within 30days from the purchase date will be given in the same for as the original payment type.
*Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.
*SCENE70 is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via USPS, you must purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Requested for each package returned. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.
*Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.
Gifts:
If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
