At SCENE70, we pride ourselves on ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Each purchase is made to order and supports an artist, and while we hope you love your item(s), we understand that issues can arise. If you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:
Return Requirements
- Return Window: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must arrive at our facility within this timeframe and be accompanied by a receipt.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a return authorization code (RA#) from SCENE70. To obtain an RA#, please email us at scenenumber70@gmail.com. Packages without an RA# will not be accepted.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original packaging and unused/unworn condition. Face masks, furniture items, sling chairs, and eGift cards are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Tracking Returns: For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method. SCENE70 is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If returning via USPS, please include Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation.
- Processing Time: Once your return has arrived at our facility, please allow approximately 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, excluding the original shipping costs.
- Bulk Orders: Orders of 20 or more items are not eligible for returns.

If you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our Customer Support team before starting the return process for a quicker resolution.
